I am a Senior Business Manager and IT Professional with +25 years of experience in various positions within IT and Business.

My Senior Management experience ranges from positions as a Senior Project Manager to Head of IT Infrastructure and from a Client Manager to a Vendor Manager.

In my most recent role I was the Senior Business Manager and Head of CRM Commercial Banking within Private and Corporate Banking at Deutsche Bank.

I was responsible for all aspects of the CRM Application. This included strategy, processes, planning and financials, data analysis and reporting as well as stakeholder management (business and technology) and communications.

The main projects were

· Transition of 10,000 business banking clients and 500 staff from Corporate Finance to Retail Banking and onboarding of new user to the CRM platform

· Integration of the CRM system used by business bankers into the SAP platform of Retail Banking.

Throughout my career, project management and business analysis have always been part of my roles and I have run several process improvement projects. Frequently I have been asked to recover failed projects.

My success is based on my strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, my technical and business background and by communicating and building relationships within IT and business quickly and effectively.

I am used to interacting and communicating with management at all levels (up to board level). I have been the trusted IT advisor for Senior Business Managers and Executives.

During my entire time at Deutsche Bank, I managed teams of up to 70 internal and external business and IT professionals in different countries. Team members were located in Germany, UK, Continental Europe, US and Singapore.
