Michael Sealy

I am a Dallas-based real estate executive and currently serve as Director of Corporate Strategy at Sealy & Company. My career has been shaped by a hands-on approach and a focus on understanding the full cycle of commercial real estate. I began my professional journey at Colliers International as a leasing broker, where I built a strong foundation in market analysis, deal execution, and client relationships.

Since joining Sealy & Company in 2000, I have worked across multiple areas of the business, including construction, development, capital markets, and investment analysis. Over time, I have held several leadership roles, including Chief Capital Markets Officer, before moving into my current position. This experience has given me a broad perspective and allows me to approach strategy by connecting how different parts of the business work together.

I grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana, and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in economics. Outside of work, I am committed to community involvement and conservation efforts. I support organisations such as the Momentous Institute, Habitat for Humanity, and United Way, and I spend much of my time outdoors focusing on wildlife and land stewardship.
