With almost two decades of experience in high level positions with the largest banking and investment institutions in America, and nearly a decade of experience as a small business owner himself, Michael has thorough experience building teams with businesses and entrepreneurs that are focused on advancement. A prolific public speaker, he has a passion for helping businesses grow and become profitable so that business owners and executives can enjoy the lifestyle they desire. Michael works with his clients to set clear, achievable goals by proposing specific management tools that can be implemented immediately into any business plan or model.
As an ActionCOACH, Michael belongs to a network of over 1,000 business coaches across 53 countries. With this network of brain power, business tools, his own experience in many businesses, and over 2,00 hours of training as a Certified Business Coach, Michael has become skilled at breaking down complex issues into simple steps, and has tools to help his clients succeed and achieve more than they realize is possible both professionally and in their private lives.
Outside of coaching and public speaking, Michael is a member of a multitude of local and national professional associations. He volunteers annually with the Roxbury (MA) Rookie League, a baseball league for boys and girls ages 4-15, and co-sponsors the league’s end-of-year awards ceremony. In his spare time, Michael enjoys following college and professional football, motorcycle riding, fishing, and walking his English bulldogs, Winston and Deuce.
