Michael Tiplady currently works at Wellesley, who offer design, construction and property consultancy services. Michael has unique professional qualifications, in both law and engineering, having studied engineering at Bath University before completing his law exams at the University of Western England in 1987.
He is widely experienced in construction adjudications (having participated in over 30 of these) and other forms of dispute resolution such as mediation and Arbitration. He looks to solve problems in a fair and pro-active manner, with a keen eye on the overall commercial position.
Besides work, Michael Tiplady enjoys spending time with his family and friends, sailing, skiing, golf and cricket. He was recently appointed was recently appointed Chair of Woking and Horsell Cricket Club Colts Section.
