I am the Director of Enterprise Applications Architecture in the Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT) for the State of Colorado. After 25 years in IT in the private sector, I joined the public sector in 2010. I am concentrating on promoting transparency and citizen engagement through the rational modernization of the government sector. I am a champion of the State's "Cloud First", "Mobile First", "API First", and "Citizen Engagement Platform as a Service" (CEPaaS) Initiatives.
