Michael Weis

Soccer player, coach and lover of all things ‘football’; songwriter, musician, kayak-fisherman, CEO and coach, adventure traveler, science geek, proud father and husband are all part of my story.

I had the privilege of wearing the jersey of the United States and representing my country in Olympic and national teams soccer competitions. I played professionally for two seasons. I am a nationally and internationally licensed coach and was fortunate to have a successful coaching career. I still follow the game closely, worldwide, and NEVER miss a US National Team game!

I am a songwriter and artist I have three commercially released albums that were pleasantly successful and very fulfilling. They’re available on all the online stores and at http://www.musicbymichael-online.com Music is perhaps the most defining part of me – something I’ve held onto for my entire life. I have always said that if one of my songs resonates for just one person in this world and helps or inspires them, then I will have succeeded.

I love adventure and did much mountaineering in the California Sierra Nevada, including summitting 7 of California’s 14-thousand foot peaks. I crave travel and have visited places like the Great Pyramids of Giza, The Nile, Baalbeck, The Greek antiquities, Rhodes, Rome, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Galapagos Islands, Cuzco, Peru, Machu Picchu, Ollantaytambo, The Sacred Valley, Sacsayhuaman, Cook Islands, Tahiti and Fiji just to name a few. There are more on the list and I hope to see them all!

I’ve had an amazing career with global companies like Apple Computer, Wyeth and Johnson & Johnson and led some exciting start-ups and acquisitions in the manufacturing and medical device industries. I have been a CFO, COO, CIO and CEO. I am now a CEO and executive coach, which fulfills my life’s passion and mission to make a difference for the difference-makers. I am proud to do the noble work of helping business owners and leaders become the best version of themselves.

I have a Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami and a Masters of Business Administration from California State University Long Beach.
