Working tirelessly as one of the leading advocates shaping the technology access and diversity landscape in Miami Michael Hall is an architect of collision points between technology, innovation and diversity.

As Founder of Digital Grass, a social impact and diversity accelerator Michael's focus is to ensure that diversity is included in the technology and innovation landscape of South Florida. Committed to transforming the professional landscape in South Florida, Michael has devoted himself to bridging the diversity gap in technology. Digital Grass' accelerator co-creates with companies led by women, minorities and/or LGBT.

Catching the entrepreneurial bug at age nine with a neighborhood lawn mowing company, Michael later launched Footprintz Unlimited, a clothing line and graphic design company at 19. Today, he continues his success as an innovator and proponent of social entrepreneurship as the Senior Managing Partner of MediumFour, Michael oversees the development of technology and marketing solutions to build and brand companies from inception to execution.

Distinguished by its Marketing Energy + Design™ mantra, MediumFour delivers the vision and innovation needed to drive momentum for a formidable client roster. Clients draw on his expertise in strategic business blueprinting, mind mapping and brand psychology to meet specialized market needs through customized technology platforms.

Michael has also successfully launched a number of lifestyle brands and tech start-up’s -Pretty Fresh, My Drink Ticket, Gateway Software Development, LLC and Aeolus Motors, LLC (Electronic Motorcycles)

Hall also serves as a youth mentor with #YesWeCode & Code Fever, his vision for progress is unwavering. Michael also founded Justice TM, the first organization created to shed light on “Stand Your Ground” legislation through awareness of the Trayvon Martin case. Michael’s priority is to continue to pave the way for innovation in his community and well beyond.
