I LOVE being on the front lines going head to head with the best of the best and that is why you'll notice my career progressed to working for the likes of Twitter, Apple, Amazon, etc.

Along the way, I've found my strength by being lazy! That's right, after doing this for over 20 years, certain tasks become mundane. So I've turned that into a strength by finding better means to do the same thing and reducing the time to fill and increasing hit rates and bottom line, putting a smile on the manager, candidate and anyone else involved in the recruiting process.

I was preparing to share and implement a NEW sourcing process that would truly help Twitter stand out by attracting the right talent, greatly increase the “candidate experience” and shorten the metric of “time to hire”.
