Michael Wilsker

Coming from a business background in marketing and sales, Michael G. Wilsker is an attorney specializing in residential and commercial real estate law. With a strong focus on client relationships, Mr. Wilsker has worked in numerous facets of residential and commercial real estate law. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in 1983, he is currently the owner of Michael Grant Wilsker & Associates.

Early in his career, Michael G. Wilsker provided guidance and legal analysis to students working toward their real estate broker exams. Mr. Wilsker subsequently served as an Associate Attorney with two law firms before taking on the role of Regional Manager for Closings, Ltd. In his capacity as Regional Manager, Mr. Wilsker supervised the legal aspects of real estate closings, working to ensure error-free transactions. He also oversaw the activities of paralegals and attorneys, and he endeavored to build and maintain strong relationships with lenders.

Michael G. Wilsker carried his facility for building positive client relations to his next position, as President of Vanguard Title Services, Inc. In addition to relationship building, Mr. Wilsker was responsible for budgets, business plans, and the overall operation of the title abstract company. After moving on from Vanguard Title Services, Mr. Wilsker continued to practice law, first with Wilsker & Benson, then with Wilsker, Hennessy & Vacca, PC.

As a senior partner at both firms, Michael G. Wilsker facilitated agreements in both commercial and residential real estate transactions, representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in real estate matters. During his time at both firms, Mr. Wilsker continued to develop his business and marketing skills, positioning him to open his own firm.
