Chris Michailidis

Executive Resolutions is a boutique business and executive search consultancy, established by Chris Michailidis in 2001, providing human capital solutions across Australia and other Global regions. Chris has been successfully recruiting for 30 years; bringing significant longevity to what is a highly competitive and fragmented market.

Our philosophy is based on ensuring our clients' competitive advantage is enhanced, facilitating access to unearthed specialist senior executives for functional leadership, interim management/executive contracting and consulting requirements.

Chris began his professional career in chartered accounting, gaining exposure primarily to entertainment, property, engineering and service-based organisations.

In early 1986, he joined Hays/Accountancy Placements and was appointed Manager of their North Sydney branch, which became their second most profitable operation nationally.

Chris joined Morgan & Banks in 1990 covering accounting, banking and finance. Chris was subsequently appointed Manager of their Consulting team in 1993, where he assisted organisations with business diagnostics and consulting based solutions. In 1995, he expanded the team into Financial Services, delivering strategic and operational outcomes thru re-engineering and other initiatives.

Chris was appointed Director, NSW with Management Recruiters Australia, commencing in 1998, prior to their IPO in 1999.

He has also worked on numerous projects in general management, start-up ventures, business development, human resources, property, legal, sales and marketing, programme and project management, and business analysis. Particular industry focus covers Financial & Professional Services, Entertainment/Gaming, Energy & Resources, Start-up's/Venture Capital, Telco and Management Consulting,
