Michal Cahlon is an educator and curriculum writer, with 12 years experience teaching Jewish Studies - Chumash, Mishnah, NaKh and Jewish history - to grades 6-12 in a pluralistic, K-12 day school.

An RYT-200, she has taught Yoga & Contemplative Jewish Practice to high school students. She has served as faculty advisor to a 7th & 8th grade egalitarian minyan, Moot Beit Din team coach and Stock Market Game team coach.

In 2015, she was one of six North American awardees of the Grinspoon Award for Excellence in Jewish Education.

Michal holds a Master of Jewish Education from Hebrew College and a Certificate of Advanced Jewish Studies from the Pardes Institute of Jerusalem.
