During his career Michal managed several successful companies which has developed and implemented projects in personal and financial management in government and private sector.

Among others project for Treasury for MoF of Slovakia, modernisation and streamlining of public administration activities for Labour, Social Affairs and Family, Feasibility study for ABCM CSOB Insurance Company, as - The Czech and Slovak Republics and many more.

In addition, almost ten years he worked as an external lecturer postgraduate courses Strategic Management and Value Based Management Faculty of Management UK. Currently, he is the owner and CEO of ITVS company, which operates in the sphere of information technologies as a software developer and consulting partner for domestic and multinational companies.

He participated in development of multiple mobile applications that crossed the borders of Slovakia:

• CityMonitor tourists in the city
• ConstructionManager
• Mobile inspector
• TVBay

...and many more. He speaks fluently English, German and Russian​​. He is doing lot of sports, traveling and is constantly educating himself. He is single, lives in Bratislava.
