I am Ayu Solicha Nur Kusumaningrum, student at Faculty of Education and Teacher Training, Majoring Special Education, Sebelas Maret University, Indonesia. I learn about educating children with special needs such as hearing impairment, visual impairment, autistic, etc.

Beside attending lecture, I'm having a part-time job as a tutor and active as coordinator of community service division at non-governmental organization "Rumah Hebat Indonesia" (social organization based on "Community Empowerment" through the concept of "Nation Building Character").

Being tutor and an activist give me an opportunity to build a wider network. Building a network is very important to get success not only in career but also in social and other sector.
