Michela Esposito

Michela Esposito is a writer from Dublin.
Her fiction and non-fiction has appeared in the Dublin Review, TOLKA, Profiles, the Pig's Back, and the National Flash Fiction Day anthology, amongst others; and shortlisted for the Bridport Prize, the Energheia Ireland Award, and the Allingham Festival Prize. It has also featured on Dublin Digital Radio and at the Earagail Arts Festival.
Michela holds a PhD from the University of St Andrews. Her academic background lies in queer and feminist literary criticism, and her thesis examined Queerness in 1940s British literature. She has previously been awarded funding from the Arts Council of Ireland, South Dublin County Council, and the Wolfson Foundation.
