Michela Anderson

My life revolves around music and theatre. I love old school musicals. A few people call me "Juliette" because I've been told I'm like Julie Andrews in a gazillion ways, and because I'm a ridiculous hopeless romantic. My favorite musical is My Fair Lady. My favorite movie is The Sound of Music. I have a rare growth disorder called Russell Silver Syndrome, so I'm only 4'11''. And I'm proud to say I'm 4 foot 11, and I'm going to Heaven, and it makes me feel ten feet tall. Although drama and voice takes up most of my time, I also enjoy photography, art, event planning, marine life, and design of any kind. My idol and biggest influence is Julie Andrews. I'd probably cry if I met her. I'm a OCU Jr. High Summer Music Program Alum (2011, 2nd session! <3 ) and I miss it SO MUCH. I dream of being on Broadway more than anything in the world. I'm not a dancer. I'm a fancer. (fake-dancer) I have 3 best friends: My sister, Denise, and my music. My biggest non-celebrity career influences are: Chris Middlebrook (my acting coach), Amber Harrington (my drama 1 teacher), Michelle Reed (my voice coach), Emily Anderson (sister and "manager"), and Sarah Joy Makus (future broadway star and my personal go-to-for-advice girl) I'm highly competitive. If I REALLY want something, I'm gonna do whatever it takes to get there, no matter how many toes I might have to step on in the way. I was adopted by my grandparents, because my own parents were too young to take care of me. Thus, I am an only child with a total of ten siblings, and I'm my own aunt. Confusing right? Try living life like me! My dream roles are Cinderella, Eliza Doolittle, Maria Von Trapp, Millie Dillmount, and Grizabella.
