I have 10+ years of experience in projects both for retail banking processes improvements and as a business consultant for clients from different industries - the last 6 years I've dedicated exclusively to Change Management engagements at Deloitte, mostly ERP implementations (SAP and Oracle JDE).

I have also worked as PMO Analyst in different contexts.
