My experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and managing diverse groups of people prepared me for the challenging role of support manager here at Lightspeed. I am passionate about customer service because I know the outstanding service that we provide sets us apart from the rest of the industry. We make personal connections that are bigger than hardware and software because we know that people matter.
My other professional passion is developing employees to be the leaders of the future. When they grow and succeed I am honored to have been a part of that. Mentoring allows me to connect with new employees outside my department and I am grateful for the opportunity to teach, as well as to learn, from the amazing people that I have mentored in the past.
I am a Bakersfield native who has had the privilege of working at Lightspeed for more than 10 years and mom to three great teenagers; Ryan, Berkeley & Drake.
