Robyn Adams

Hello my name is Robyn Adams.

I have for the past 12 years worked for one of the largest OOH communications agencies in the world both on the UK and Global Brand side.

I started on the Account Management side running their single biggest agency account at that time Mediacom as well as looking after all the Retail advertising business. The team was 10 strong and over the time of my tenure business grew by more than 40%. I was a Board Director of the UK business and had special responsibility to the board for People and Training. In 2007 I moved into the Global/WW team overseeing the integration and development of L&D in the UK and across the network. My role was to facilitate the transference of skills and best practice to all markets.

I have good links with UK and international advertising associations and have consitentely demonstrated my abilitye to deliver and maintain an efficient and effective CPD programme at Posterscope. I am also experience in delivering Investors In People thinking into the business and maintaing that standard from year to year.

I am a committed, concientious and enthusiastic individuals who believes that the development of a happy and contented workforce is essential to the positive proficiency, productivity and return on investment of any business in the 21st century.
