Michele Caldwell

My name is Michele Caldwell. I’m a married stay-at-home mom with three great kids.

For the past year I wanted to write a blog about my life in the kingdom of God but I repeatedly talked myself out of it. I thought; who am I to talk about God’s kingdom. I’m just a layperson, a parishioner, and a pew sitter.There’s no title in front of my name and no letters behind it. Frankly, who cares about what I have to say? But the desire wouldn’t go away and the words I wanted to write kept lingering in my mind. I had to get them out. I have to share them because my life in the kingdom of God is an amazing life.

Sure, there are ups and downs like any other life, but it’s the only life where I can live in this world and in the presence of God at the same time. It’s the only life where the Creator of all things wants me to call Him “Dad.”It’s the only life where the worries and cares of the world are pale in comparison to the love and protection I receive in God’s kingdom. It’s an amazing life! How can I not share my life in the kingdom of God. It’s a great life and it can be your life too!
