Michele moved with her family to Mexico in 2004. Since then, she has traveled extensively through Mexico immersing herself in the culture, the cuisine and the rich history of the country she now calls home. Michele participated on the Executive Committee for Taste of Playa, the Riviera Maya’s largest and longest-running culinary festival and was the local restaurant reviewer for The Playa Maya News. Currently, Michele lives in Puerto Aventuras where she owns and operates, Cart2Condo Grocery Shopping & Delivery and organizes the annual Riviera Maya Chili Cook-Off. Michele is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Playa del Carmen Seaside where she is the Chairperson for the Rotary Foundation. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, administrates the Puerto Aventuras Living Events Calendar and writes about Mexican cuisine.
