I am beginning a new venture. Not completely new, but addressing it in a new way. I have been involved in the Multifamily Housing industy for about 20 years. I have seen trends come and go, I have seen people come and go and come back again. I want to share what I have learned; what I have experienced and share the challenges I have faced, to help others in acheiveing success.
