Michele Paolin, PMP

For more than 12 years, I have navigated through the world of business computing, mastering Oracle and other important technologies and applications
and orchestrating business processes for Chiquita, TNT, Amplifon, W.L.Gore and
other global companies with aplomb and responsibility. My very first consulting
role was working for a Milan based startup company at their International
Projects Team. From complex Oracle JD Edwards setups to leading functional
project teams, I have went through a successful consulting career helping
multinational corporations thrive in their competitive business environment. I'm
now a certified project manager specialized in IT implementation projects
across EMEA, US, APAC and LATAM, which include ERP implementations (Oracle and
SAP), Cloud computing solutions, Business Intelligence and Enterprise
Applications Integration. I've transformed my career through continually
seeking more demanding roles, setting rigorous self-improvement goals and
taking new approaches to problem-solving challenges. My communication style
comes from an expertise of two years in a diplomatic organization at the
beginning of my career and, then, managing important clients and mentoring
multicultural and sometimes virtual teams. I'm also a Technology Evangelist,

I hold a bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of
Udine in Italy. I'm currently assisting two listed companies (a medical device retailer
and a retail bank) serving as project manager.
