I am lucky to have built many lifelong relationships both in personally and in my career. In fact, I am referred to as the Connection Diva. This didn't just happen by chance. For 17 years I've taught that the best way to increase personal or professional relationships or sales was to focus on other people but especially existing customers.

Years ago, I had developed a really good SYSTEM for expressing appreciation and staying in touch. Keeping in touch is always the result of having a system. Then I found SendOutCards in 2006.
