I have always been passionate about all that was linked to both the worlds of IT and healthcare. After having received the high school diploma (with maximum grade) from Liceo Scientifico G. Galilei, Macerata, Italy, I decided to pursue graduate studies in the field of biomedical engineering, with the aim to combine these two passions of mine.

I received the italian Laurea Triennale (B.Sc. equivalent) from Polytechnic University of Marche, Ancona, Italy, in 2011 and the I moved toward Pisa, Italy, to continue my studies at the University of Pisa. Here I have developed a deep interest in signal and image analysis (above all, but not only, in the field of biomedical imaging).

At the moment I am involved in a research about "New methods for direct estimation of kinetic parameters from dynamic PET/SPECT images" that is the topic of my traineeship at the National Research Council (CNR) of Pisa, Italy, that will allow me to achieve the M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering in the next few months.

I am always looking forward for new challenges and opportunities in which I can test and improve my skills. I also do my best working in a team, where I can share my knowledge and learn from the others in the process, expecially when working on multidisciplinary projects involving new approaches and technologies for new and old issues, in which getting in touch with experiences and know-how typical of other professionals.
