I am an international expert on usability engineering, human computer interaction and user-centred innovation. My specific interests are on new interfaces, notification systems, scenario design and the usability-aesthetics relationship. A more recent topic that absorbes most of my research concern is: how to facilitate the evolution of behaviors and a responsible vision of the future and how to harmonize the behavioral change within an open innovation perspective.
