I like to think of myself as a generational nomad, defying stereotypes and resisting labels. Or maybe I'm just typical of an 1800's rebel (minus the firearms).

I've recently left the 9 to 5 as an Organizational Development type to return to my creative roots and start my own business.

As owner and Lead Fibre Art Florista at Sewn Not Grown, I design and create one-of-a-kind botanical textile art pieces for work, home and special events.

As a consultant, I continue to offer academic and business writing services to individuals and organizations.

When I'm not working? I'm hanging out at Lake Ontario Park, laughing at Schitt's Creek or taking Pipe Band drumming lessons with a bunch of 10 year old boys.
