I have 19-year experience in software development industry including 9 years acting in managerial positions. Many successfully implemented projects, more than 7 years of leading of one of company branches can prove my high project planning and management skills.

Working for my employers I have fulfilled various tasks beyond the software development, like setting up the office, creating teams, setting up business workflows, system and network administration etc.

At this moment, working for OL&T, I'm managing one of the company branches, a development team, from 3 to 7 projects simultaneously. The job includes almost all managerial activities from requirement gathering and controlling system/network administration to managing post-production issues and staff management.
