Michelle Andersen

Hello! I am a teacher currently living in Ottawa, ON, Canada. I graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2017 and since then I have had LTO assignments in kindergarten, 1rst grade, and 2nd grade in a Waldorf inspired public school. I will be starting my 4th teaching year in 3rd grade.

I've always worked in daycares during the school year and camps during the summer. I believe I chose this because I'm really just a kid at heart who loves creating and playing games as well as doing a lot of arts and crafts.

Being a camp counsellor has taught me how to work in a team while being a teacher has really taught me how to develop a variety of lessons in order to cater to the many different types of learners.

While I've work primarily with children, I think one day I'd like to try teaching high school students.
