My foundation is integrative practice, oriented toward coherence with self. I’ve spent decades creating and tending spaces where people can come into contact with their lived experience, noticing how conditioning and internal narratives shape the way we move through our lives. This orientation informs how I listen, how I stay present, and how I meet personal, relational, creative, and professional terrain.

From that same foundation, I’m a visionary by nature and nurture. I have a capacity to sense what’s emerging and support its movement into form in the real world.
