Michelle Marks-Osborne is the President of The Marks-Osborne Group, a boutique consulting firm focused on diversity, inclusion, and equity. While specializing in race and culture, she also addresses gender, gender identity, age, and abilities. Services are provided to corporations, educational institutions, non-profits, religious institutions, and more.

In addition to currently serving as the 1st Vice Chair of her city's Democratic Committee, Michelle founded National Association of Black Women Voters (January 2018), a grassroots political action committee created to galvanize the voice of Black women voters into a collective on pertinent issues that impact Black women and our communities in a manner that drives necessary policy change on federal, state, and local levels.
