In 2012, Lincolnshire-based amateur photographer, Michelle, swapped her digital SLR for the immediacy of the smartphone camera, and discovered a brave new world of apps and a thriving community of based smartphone photographers.

In September 2012, some of her images, taken and edited on her iPhone 4S, were exhibited as part of the InstaChimps’ Hip 2B Square exhibition at Lincoln Central Library, bringing together 12 local smartphoneographers who displayed their images.

Michelle is still experimenting to find her own unique style, but is inspired by the magic of landscapes, movement and colour.
