Hi, I’m Michelle, founder of Human Computing.

At Human Computing, I combine human insight with advanced technology to achieve exceptional results. Inspired by the "human computers" of yesteryear, I tackle challenges with creativity and precision, focusing on one mission: getting things done—and done right.

From Challenges to Triumphs

Throughout my career, people have counted on me to fix problems. Whether relocating 700 soldiers and their families or leading a complex cloud migration in under a year, I thrive on solving tough problems. At EMCOR Construction Services, I led a project to consolidate 40 OPCOs onto a single ERP platform, emphasizing strategic planning, team collaboration, and training. This resulted in improved accuracy, streamlined workflows, and an enhanced user experience.

What sets me apart is my transparency and willingness to have honest conversations. Clients deserve clear communication, even when delivering tough news. This builds trust and creates the foundation for lasting partnerships.

Connecting Technology and People

I excel at translating complex technical concepts into terms that make sense to everyone. I’ve spent my career bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity. As a parent of an autistic adult, I’ve learned that communication is more than words—it’s about understanding how people process information. I always aim to create an inclusive, collaborative environment where everyone feels empowered to contribute.

Empowering Others

As a veteran and Latina, I’m dedicated to helping others by mentoring low-income Latina students, guiding West Point candidates, and volunteering with the Boy Scouts. Inspired by the mentorship I’ve received, I’m committed to paying it forward. Success is a collective effort, and I strive to uplift others as we work together.

Driven by Determination

Mark Twain said, “It’s not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog.” This grit defines my approach as an Army officer and in business transformation. I bring determination and teamwork to every project, ensuring we overcome challenges together.

Let’s Work Together

Human Computing is more than just problem-solving—it’s about building partnerships that last. I’m here to help your business grow, thrive, and achieve extraordinary results. If you’re ready to tackle challenges and seize new opportunities, let’s connect. Together, we can create something remarkable.
