Michelle T. Springer

Facilitator and Life Enthusiast in Washington, DC

Once you have tasted the world, it is impossible to rest in flavorless mediocrity; the earth will continue to tempt your palate with its complex flavors. And this is why I am always hungry!

I have traveled the world and become more attuned with each encounter, and as such my spiritual fulfillment becomes more defined by the simplistic offerings of the world.

What I have learned along the way:

*I strongly believe in social good and want to be part of an organization that values that.

*I am a facilitator. And my ability to bridge cultural gaps with members of diverse groups and help them discover their shared value, is my super power.

*My value to an organization lies beyond my resume. It also resides in a life lived fully.

*Receiving a handwritten letter brings me extraordinary joy.

At the end of this journey, I hope I have given more than I have received because what I have received thus far has been incredible!
