Have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since '99', have learn't to cope mentally (that was a task in a half), now I pick myself up , dust myself off and get on with it when I can. It's out of our hands (speaking for all sufferers)... Will not let this beat me. No-one understands how hard it is. only the people that live with it.

Make the most of it, you just never know what's going to happen tomorrow! There are people out there doing much harder than ourselves. Look on the bright side.
