Greetings. My name is Michelle and I have a solid foundation in learning theory and cognitive science which makes me capable of designing learning strategies for various types of learners and learning contents.

I have the passion in finding out how people learn and be able to connect with them in the most possible effective way. I enjoy analyzing an instruction and transform them into a meaningful version in which learners can easily grasp and apply. I am fond of developing creative educational solutions and innovative instructional strategies. Nevertheless, I am dedicated to coming up with instructional technology proposals that will respond to the pedagogical needs of the subject matter experts.
