I’m Michelle Olvera, Founder & CEO of BoldLatina Media Group LLC, a Latina-led media holding company behind BoldLatina.com, Buena B 🌎, and BLM Studios 🎬 and past- LatinodDad.com. We amplify underrepresented voices through journalism, film, and cultural storytelling—centering Latino/a perspectives across news, justice, climate, entrepreneurship, and the future of media. I also actively story-hunt across the Americas, partnering in documentary and film production to bring untold Latino narratives to global audiences.

I’m a media veteran with roots in early digital media, including StarMedia, the first Hispanic internet company to go public, where I gained foundational experience in media operations at a pivotal moment in tech and culture.

In parallel, I’m the founder of Rev Up! Ops, a fractional operations firm helping founders and small businesses build scalable systems and reclaim their time. With 20+ years leading operations across corporate and early-stage environments, I’ve worked alongside founders to drive execution, scale organizations, and build the infrastructure behind growth. I’ve been on the frontlines of three acquisitions and one IPO.

I have served as a startup coach with Ureeka (acquired by ZenBusiness), and as a founding committee member of the Latino Startup Alliance.

I’m also an investor for BIPOC-led ventures and advocate for journalism, committed to expanding equitable access to capital, infrastructure, and ownership models.

I speak, moderate, and collaborate at the intersection of media, technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact.
