Michelle focuses on identifying emerging technology, behavior, and business trends, and out of these synthesising applicable strategies for companies. Michelle has more then 10 years of consultative sales experience with a diverse background in Mobile and eCommerce, Social/Online Marketing, SaaS, CRM and Enterprise Case Management experience.

Michelle directs the management and delivery of digital marketing strategy, client campaigns, interactive sales, and new business development pitches. She serves as the senior executive responsible for creation, strategy, development, marketing, and success of new client accounts for the agency. This includes; planning ,writing strategy, creating, developing, and collaboratively helping to produce digital based programs and projects , developing agency service offerings and product expansion, vendor management, contract negotiations, partnership,development/management, and profit and loss administration for the overall interactive agency.

Michelle has worked with over several hundred brands and their agencies within the Interpublic Group network of companies (IPG) within a variety of business verticals both domestic and international, to help create digital programs that connect, engage and make a difference in the ever changing world of digital. Some key clients clients Michelle has worked with include: Mattel, Pizza Hut, MARS, Ghirardelli, Pick Up Stix, Juice it Up, Rubbermaid,VH1,Chiquita, True Religion, Guess, Dickies,Verizon, Wrigley's, as well as the above mentioned accounts.
