Michelle Alva is a woman on a mission to empower, educate and inspire you with ease and effectiveness on how to heal, energize and harness your natural energy and power. Her background as a physical therapist, yoga therapist, energy medicine practitioner, belly dance teacher and infant massage instructor has inspired her to implement an approach that is scientific, sensual and spiritual. She provides one-on-one healing sessions, teaches group workshops and retreats and creates educational courses for health care professionals and corporate groups interested in learning how to implement ancient healing & holistic practices with traditional approaches.
