I am one of the lucky people who discovered their true passion in life! My job is more than something I do each day to get a paycheck, it is something that I enjoy so much that I have and continue to learn everything I can about it. I started out as a recruiter and truly enjoyed what I did, but over time I learned more about the processes, trend analysis, technologies and best practices and began to get the opportunity to use this knowledge professionally. My enthusiasm drives me to spend my spare time continuing to learn and grow in the recruitment space.

I enjoy having the privilege of being right in the middle of process development, implementation, employment branding, learning and innovating to help the company and the team grow and become even better.
