Michelle Beatty

Greetings, I’m Michelle. I’m actively pursuing a career in Instructional Design. This is an area I have been working in for years though my title says Chief Vision Therapist. One of the aspects that I have enjoyed the most of my long career thus far has been creating systems and arranging conditions for new therapists to learn how to be successful at their jobs. I also enjoy supporting these therapists through continuing education to evolve into a more skilled and efficient mode of operation.
The pandemic required that I shift from in person learning supported by technology to a program dependent on technology and though it took long hours and a ton of work I was able to successfully create a training program that could be done completely online and was thrilled with the results.
I am looking for a position where I can use my skill set and my creative problem solving to help support and grow a company and their employees.
