Michelle Brockwell

I am the Childcare Director of Grace's and have over 15 years experience working in a range of Private Day Nurseries. I have always found it very special working with the Pre-schoolers and preparing them for school. These formative years are so important and lay the foundations for teachers to build upon once children go to school. I strongly believe that a child who starts school with confidence, creativity, social skills and a positive attitude to learning is much more likely to succeed at school.
