Michelle Ficarra is one of the rare few for whom real estate is a full time career, a passion and a lifestyle. Michelle began her career in real estate in 1989 in Pasadena, California. As one of the youngest agents in her office, she quickly earned recognition for developing creative marketing proposals and listing tools. She excelled as a new agent and in 1991 she moved to the Westside of Los Angeles where she became the Executive Assistant to Mr. Fred Sands, Founder and President of Fred Sands Realtors, one of the most successful independently owned real estate companies in the Nation. In this role, she deepened her knowledge of the real estate business including contracts, negotiation, risk management, property management and also assisted in the implementation of the Company’s franchising program.

In 2000 she returned to selling real estate and has since represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in several prime locations on the Westside from Malibu to the Sunset Strip. She has also represented a number of condominium developers, buyers and sellers along the famed Wilshire Corridor. Michelle has consistently ranked as a top producer receiving several prestigious awards.
