Thanks for dropping by my page. I have been dreaming of being a full-time mom since I gave birth to my eldest child. However, I didn't have the opportunity until early 2015.

I have had various experiences in the BPO industry. Had the opportunity to work with an Internet Service Provider and a cable service provider in the US. I also had been part of the Customer service and technical support team of an Internet Radio in US and a support of one of the bests printer manufacturer in the US. Plus, a cool and fun experience working on a famous online shopping website in US and UK.

Since I decided to focus on taking care of my kids, I still wanted to share and enhance my CALL CENTER skills.
