Michelle Gregory

I am the youngest of four children. I enjoy interacting with my family and close friends. Holidays and birthdays are special occasions for my family because we all feel as though God has blessed us with another opportunity to be in each other's presence and enjoy each other's company. I am very passionate about my relationship with Christ Jesus and I want the world to know that I love The Lord. I have been employed in the occupation of surgery for over twenty years and I am humbled to have been (and continually be) in such a rewarding and compassionate field where restoration and healing is at the forefront of priority. I am currently in pursuit of completing a second unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) in addition to working the weekend shift at Navy Medical Center Portsmouth. I completed my first unit of CPE at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital and I am honored to have trained in the capacity of such a well organized and highly supervised program here in Hampton roads. I aspire to complete four certifiable units of CPE in order to someday obtain the status and title of "Board Certified Chaplain". I believe that God has placed me on the path of chaplaincy because of the spiritual gifts (teaching and encouraging) that He has gifted me with. I am single at the present time; however, I am looking for that special someone to share an engaging life filled with love, laughter, and endless thrills.
