My roles as a Mom, museum educator, artist, and art advocate are intertwined. As someone who grew up in rural North Carolina, I am proud of our state’s efforts to provide experiences in the arts to everyone. I left the classroom in 2010 to work at the North Carolina Museum of Art (NCMA) where I serve as Director of Education.
