I help people who seek an empowered and fulfilled life but feel buried under stress, anxiety, hopelessness, confusion and feelings of overwhelm.I’m a therapist, but you might also call me a journey companion, a life guide and a courage supporter. I guide you to understand your experience and encourage change to become more present and to find fulfillment in your own life, relationships and career.

I work with professional women experiencing life transitions, founders and early stage start-up people, busy couples who are navigating critical points in their relationships and families experiencing changes and stress. I can help individuals that may be struggling with depression, anxiety, stress management, cross-cultural issues or self-esteem. As an ally I enjoy working with the LGBTQ community and their loved ones.

Prior to becoming a licensed therapist, I enjoyed working in start-ups and technology, being a part of team that grew from five people to eventual acquisition by a large public company. I continue to be a part of the tech and start-up community by providing therapy for founders and early-stage start-up employees as well as advising for start-ups focused on mental wellness and personal development.
