Michelle Iravuhah
Consultant and Executive Coach in Nairobi,Kenya
Michelle coaches C-suite executives and founders across East Africa through the executive isolation, the specific strain of carrying decisions that fewer and fewer people around you can fully hold with you.
She founded and runs Coaching By Michelle, an ICF ACC-credentialed practice built around that one problem, and works with clients in English and Swahili.
Her coaching partnerships span ALU's Public Sector Fellowship, Cornell University's Selander Center for Engineering Leadership, BetterUp, and a structured coaching engagement with technical leaders at KenGen.
She also founded The Brunch Network, a Kenya-based community pivoting toward ambitious entrepreneurs and founders.
Before coaching, she built and ran The Kenneth Academy, a registered private school, for seven years, growing it from concept to profitability.
She holds a BSc in Information Technology and an MBA in Strategic Management.
Her coaching style is solutions-focused, moving clients from where they are to where they want to go. She works from the belief that her clients are whole and resourceful already. She gets clients to the insight. What they build from it is theirs.
