Hello and welcome to About.me page! Here's a little background about me:

I've been a Technical Recruiter for 6 years and have had the experience of recruiting for many clients (Fortune 500, Start-ups, Tech companies). I've seen the full recruiting process many times over and have worked with over 1,000 candidates – this has given me the expertise and experience to see what has and hasn't worked in others. By no means am I a know-it-all at this point but I'm a work in progress and want to be able to share my wealth of knowledge in career advice, professional development, mentorship, networking, employee retention and retainment, organization psychology and management tips for success.

I have always worked hard in life and my passions have boiled down to building honest relationships, connecting people together, improving processes and analyzing better ways to run an organization.

In order to be successful, my primary focus is to develop and maintain quality, trustworthy relationships and understand how both parties can help one another – ultimately, creating synergistic relationships.
