Michelle has just finished her B.Eng. (Hons.) in Civil and Water Engineering at NUST in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. She has an avid interest in transportation and structural engineering as well as the technology surrounding it.

Michelle has a long history in leadership, debate and voluntary work. Her passion in working with and assisting the community spurred her towards founding and cofounding the Rotaract Club of NUST and the Gweru Rotaract Club respectively, becoming president of both clubs. She was also national president of the Girl Child Network Zimbabwe, where her fervour for women empowerment was cultivated. Recently, she coordinated the Gweru International Book Festival, a platform aimed at showcasing and nurturing local talent in the arts. Her vision is to help create a Zimbabwe which embraces technology that significantly improves the lives of its citizens.
