Michelle McLoughlin

I am an independent visual journalist based in New Haven, Conn., able to travel anywhere in the world to cover assignments. I have photographed news, features, travel, sports, corporate reports, advertising and documentary features for a wide range of U.S. and international clients and publications. Previous clients include the Associated Press, Reuters, Der Spiegel, Wired, USA Today, Time and Newsweek. I am an active volunteer with the National Press Photographers Association (NPPA) and currently serve as the chairperson for the organization’s Northern Short Course in Photojournalism. Previously, I served as NPPA’s Region 1 associate director, director and women’s representative.
